I added link detection to rootring.

It now picks up links between posts on the ring, so posts can show when:

• another ring blog linked them
• they link to another post on the ring

You can see that on /latest and in the Weekly Coil on the home page.

There is also a new /explore page for browsing posts that are being picked up around the ring. Right now it has views for:

• posts picked up recently (has the most links)
• lightly linked posts that might be easier to miss in the main flow

And if you open a blog through the directory, there is now a linked view for that blog too, so it's easier to see which of its posts have been picked up by others.

This is mostly an attempt to make rootring more useful as the ring keeps growing and the main post flow gets a bit harder to scan on its own.
